Our time in Pennsylvania has come to an end. We didn\u2019t get to see everyone we wanted but that seems to happen every trip back to PA.<\/p>\n

John has a job lined up at Rutledge Lake RV Park in the western area of North Carolina starting on January 2, 2017. On our way there we took a little detour to the Raleigh North Carolina area to visit with family.<\/p>\n

Our daughter-in-law Julia took us and the boys to the Sassafras playground at Laurel Hills Park.<\/p>\n

This place was awesome! The sand area was walk in with adult seating all the way around.<\/p>\n

There were even shovels available for the kids.<\/p>\n

The ground was made out of a springy rubbery kind of material so you basically bounced if you fell.<\/p>\n

They had the typical equipment of swings, and climbers.<\/p>\n

There were secret-talkers all over the place.<\/p>\n

Bubbles for parents and kids to keep an eye on each other while navigating the maze.<\/p>\n

The kids just bounced from thing to thing, wearing themselves out.<\/p>\n

Ok, maybe they were wearing out the adults.<\/p>\n

The coolest swing had to be the zip line swing. You push the swing and it travels about 50 feet on a rail and then swings back. Awesome.<\/p>\n

Ryan was particular to the boat. I liked it cause it was a mini workout for my legs to keep the boat rocking.<\/p>\n
