One of our friends from PA, who LOVES Mexican food, took us to the restaurant for supper.<\/p>\n<p>They make the Guacamole right at the table and I watched carefully as it was prepared. The key is the lime and orange juice, it keeps the guacamole from turning brown. <\/p>\n<p><b>Guacamole<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Servings:<\/b> 4 <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Ingredients <\/b><\/p>\n<ul>   <\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>2 ripe avocados, Mashed <\/li>\n<li>1\/2 red onion, Diced <\/li>\n<li>2 small roma tomatoes, Diced <\/li>\n<li>1\/4 an orange, juice of <\/li>\n<li>1\/2 a lime, juice of <\/li>\n<li>3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro <\/li>\n<li>\u00bd of 1 jalapeno, finely diced <\/li>\n<li>salt <\/li>\n<li>pepper <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Directions<\/b><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Mix all ingredients together until desired consistency is reached.
