The weather has been hit an miss but this weekend has been beautiful. But before I get into the fun we had this weekend, I want to talk about last weekend.<\/p>\n

My son turned 28, and we made the 4 hour drive to Knightdale to help him celebrate.<\/p>\n

We showed up a few days early so we had time to play with the kiddos. John and grandbaby number five, Ryan, spent time getting to know each other. They were both pretty good at chillin\u2019 on the couch\u2026..<\/p>\n

and having their own private jokes. Ryan thinks Pappy John is a pretty funny guy.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

G\u2019ma magic at its best!<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Liam and I had lots of fun hanging out and playing with all of his new toys. It was a little cool for us to be outside but we found lots to do anyway.<\/p>\n

Brad\u2019s party on Saturday, was a surprise so we needed to get him out of the house for a while. So we sent Aaron, John and Brad on a beer run. Combined with all of the beer his pals brought him as birthday gifts, he won\u2019t need to go beer shopping for awhile.<\/p>\n

Everyone had a good time, and to double down on the celebration, on Monday, Brad will be starting his new job, as a patrol officer. Woo Hoo!!!! It\u2019s been a long time coming.<\/p>\n

Here is Brad and his partner from the prison. Sad to be parting but Adam is happy that Brad is moving into a position he has been working toward.<\/p>\n
