The arctic blast of cold weather is here and will be so for about a week. 1:30 in the afternoon 27 degrees, low overnight was 17. Tonight is might get as low as 7 degrees. Brrrrrrr.<\/p>\n

With the cold temps, Christmas lights and decorations, Christmas music playing everywhere, shopping for gifts and now the snow (ok it is only a dusting but still) I\u2019m really into the holiday spirit.<\/p>\n

Our first overtime week is 2\/3 over (as stated by our friend Danny) and we aren\u2019t feeling to bad, though I do feel pretty tired by the end of our shift. 17 more working days are left in our contract. Christmas is coming fast.<\/p>\n

The conveyors that carry the orders from the warehouse to the shipping area are almost always full, where before there was only a tote or two a minute going by.<\/p>\n

Most of our Christmas shopping is done, just one more grandbaby to go on our list. The coach is decorated and Bernie is in his new Christmas outfit.<\/p>\n
