It took us 5 days, traveling an average of 400 miles a day. That is a lot of driving and neither of us want to do a marathon drive like this again anytime soon.<\/p>\n

John hasn\u2019t been doing all of the driving I\u2019ve been taking my turns each day too!! Yes ladies you can drive a 40ft RV pulling a vehicle, trust me it isn\u2019t as scary as you think.<\/p>\n

We are enjoying ourselves though and have kept with our \u201ctraditions\u201d. On Friday night we ordered out for pizza and had it delivered to us in the Wal-Mart parking lot at Dickson, TN. It wasn\u2019t the same without Riesa and the gang though.<\/p>\n

Saturday night is our SyFy B movie night but there wasn\u2019t one on so we watched Men in Black 3 instead. Satellite TV is a wonderful thing.<\/p>\n

We are tired of staying at camp Wal-Mart and after 5 nights (tonight is number 5) in parking lots that can be a little noisy and not very level, we are looking forward to staying in our first full hookup campground; away from the highway noise.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
